| Booking Conditions |
- Rental periods
Commence from time of arrival - 3.00 p.m. Saturday to time
of departure - 10.00 a.m. Saturday.
- Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total rental charge is required.
The balance of 75% is required 6 clear weeks before arrival.
A provisional reservation of the Old Dairy will be held
for a period of 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. If
the holiday is booked within 6 weeks of arrival the full
rental is due.
- Cancellation
Once your booking has been confirmed you are responsible
for the full hire terms. In the event of a cancellation
we will do our best to re-let the accommodation to provide
you with a refund, less administrative expenses. We advise
you to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance
cover.
- Tenants’ Obligations
The tenant shall agree:- (a) to pay for any loss or damage
to the property; (b) to take good care of the property and
leave it in a clean & tidy condition on departure; (c) Not
to exceed the number of people, or pets, stated on the booking
form.
- Liability
The owners of the Old Dairy shall not be liable for any
loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience
whether to person or property which the applicant or any
other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in
respect of any letting.
